Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the development and enhancement of internal applications, tools, and data-driven solutions.
  • Supporting quality assurance activities, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA, and stakeholders) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contributing to documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Supporting deployment activities and post-release monitoring to ensure stability and performance.

Education and Experience:
  • Completion of coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Exposure to or coursework in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science is a plus.
  • Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially Agile or Scrum methodologies, is preferred.
  • Understanding of software testing principles and an interest in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is beneficial.

Abilities and Skills:
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
