What are some common challenges software development associates face when transitioning from academic projects to professional work?

Software Development Associates often find that real-world projects involve more collaboration, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards than academic assignments. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies set standout candidates apart. These skills and qualities enable associates to effectively contribute to projects, adapt to evolving requirements, and collaborate within dynamic development teams.
