The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual's primary responsibility is to build and present Enterprise Agreement proposals and support changes and expansions to existing contracts. The Associate BDM will work closely with the local regional core sales teams as well as the BDMs to expand Presidio's Enterprise Agreement Business.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require any travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and present software Enterprise Agreements to Presidio customers around the following technologies:
    • Collaboration Licensing Agreements
    • Security Enterprise Agreements
    • Digital Infrastructure Licensing including Switching, Routing, and Wireless
    • Data Center and Virtualization Software Agreements
  • Utilize existing Presidio tools to manage daily business activities to support account teams and BDMs.
  • Provide support for changes and expansions to existing Presidio software contracts.
  • Work with Presidio's Strategic Vendors and Presidio Sales Leadership to expand opportunities in each local market.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly status, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

  • An existing product knowledge and the desire to learn about new solutions
  • Over 3-5+ years of experience in Software, Infrastructure, or Services sales experience
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
    Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering experience is a plus
  • Expertise in Dell, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arista, Nutanix a plus
  • Familiarity (not technical proficiency) with Software Licensing from Cisco:
    • Collaboration Flex Agreement
    • Security Licensing and Security Choice
    • DNA Licensing and EA offers
    • Data Center Licensing and EA offer
    • Application portfolios and offers

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Proven history in customer service satisfaction and sales achievements
  • Ability to meet and exceed targeted goals
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
