What are Software Developer Trainees?

Software Developer Trainees are entry-level professionals who are learning the skills required to become full-fledged software developers. The goal of this role is to provide real-world experience and mentorship, enabling trainees to transition into independent developer roles. Software Developer Trainees often collaborate with teams and are encouraged to learn modern programming languages, development tools, and best practices.
