  • Job Summary:
    The Specialty Software Engineer 4 will consult on complex, large-scale Specialty Software Engineering initiatives involving multi-layered technical challenges and long-term planning. This role requires strong technical depth across multiple programming languages, cloud-native platforms, and GenAI-enabled development. The engineer will evaluate complex software engineering problems, contribute to strategic solutioning, and collaborate with technical leaders and client personnel to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes. A systems-thinking mindset, hands-on engineering ability, and strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are critical.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    Design and implement cloud-native software solutions across complex environments
    Develop high-quality code in Java, Python, and an additional language (C#, JavaScript, or Go)
    Build and deploy GenAI-enabled applications and integrate AI into engineering workflows
    Apply systems-thinking to evaluate multi-factor engineering challenges and propose scalable solutions
    Contribute to architectural discussions and large-scale planning initiatives
    Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and client partners
    Troubleshoot complex problems involving distributed systems and cloud-native stacks
    Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and enterprise-wide engineering standards
    Act as a hands-on contributor, supporting both design and implementation
