Sr Software Engineer(RESTful, SQL) (.Net Developer)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN - Hybrid Position Type: Contract

Summary: This is a.NET Full Stack Application Development role building and maintaining an internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product. This is not a 1-off services project. Looking for Product engineers and mindset; strategic, customer-centric, outcome-oriented, iterative development, ownership, & high aptitude vs. more tactical, lightweight, operational delivery.

Team: Project consists of multiple Agile teams (5). Working on an approximately 8-10 person Agile Scrum Team. 1 PO, 1 SM, 1 Tech Arch (% of capacity), 3-5 Dev, ~2 QE/SDET.

Candidate they are looking for:

  • Senior Software Engineer who has a passion for learning, is a strong problem solver, and a critical thinker with broad technical experience.
  • Someone who has a background and experience with both legacy and new product development and DevOps delivery.
  • Individual contributor on an Agile team with hands on technical skill and problem-solving for a large, complex Microsoft.NET full stack application development project.
  • Core application capabilities are focused on E2E Identity and Access Management (IAM). LinkedIn profile along with resume is preferred. Contract to Hire Opportunity.
