Join us in shaping the future of our systems. We’re seeking a motivated Software Engineer to help design, implement, and enhance modern solutions within an agile development environment. In this role, you’ll contribute to system modernization efforts through hands‑on development, ongoing maintenance, and proactive problem‑solving. You’ll apply your functional expertise and industry knowledge to address a range of technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity. Working both independently and collaboratively, you’ll help deliver reliable, scalable solutions while also supporting and guiding junior team members as needed.

You Have
  • 4+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
  • 4+ years of experience building and maintaining automated data pipelines to support AI and ML workflows
  • Experience with Python coding
  • Experience with managing infrastructure, such as cloud or on‑prem, and containerization in support of secure workflows
  • Experience with building workflows for real‑time trend and anomaly analysis processing and data exploitation
  • Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in software engineering, or Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience in software engineering
Nice If You Have
  • Experience with container technology, including Docker or Podman
  • Experience with Python coding for AI and ML solutions, such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Experience working with Agentic workflows and LLMs, such as Claude or GPT
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary range $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
