Position Details

Location: Chino, CA

Schedule:

  • Regular school-day hours
  • Early morning and late afternoon school bus support shift availability
  • Monday through Friday
  • Follows the school calendar
Position Summary

The School Aide works with students requiring instructional and/or behavioral support under the supervision of the Special Education Department, classroom teacher, and/or supervising designee.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students in classroom activities
  • Providing academic and behavioral assistance
  • Assisting with daily routines and transitions
  • Working one-on-one or in small groups
  • Helping create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Assisting students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs when required and directed by appropriate professionals

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulations)
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
