Compensation

Schedule

This position is intentionally structured to begin part-time and eventually grow into a full-time position.

  • Initial schedule expected to be approximately 2–3 days per week
  • Monday through Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm

The position begins with foundational administrative responsibilities while learning the firm’s office systems, database workflows, document organization, and client procedures.

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable handling repetitive administrative work with consistency and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone seeking stable long-term office experience inside a professional legal environment with the opportunity to eventually grow into a full-time position.

Training will be provided for office procedures, forms, database systems, and internal workflows.

  • Process and organize incoming mail
  • Scan, upload, and organize documents
  • Learn and update the firm’s internal database system
  • Support repetitive administrative and client-related workflows accurately and consistently
  • Send and manage emails through Outlook
  • Organize and track client files and records
  • Maintain organized documentation and office systems
  • Support scheduling and general office coordination
  • Assist with daily administrative office tasks

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning database systems and office technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
