Your Day-to-Day
Your day will include responding to online leads, answering customer questions, following up through phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and setting appointments for interested vehicle shoppers.
You'll use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-up, and stay organized. You'll also create digital content such as photos, short videos, reels, and social media posts to help promote vehicles and drive customer engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role blends automotive sales, internet lead management, BDC support, social media marketing, appointment setting, customer service, and digital sales strategy.

Schedule
