Job Summary

Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is looking for a motivated, creative, and sales-driven Social Media Specialist & Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content to promote our vehicles, brand and dealership while also directly selling vehicles to customers both online and in person.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Duties
  • Create, film, and post engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Showcase new and used vehicle inventory through photos, videos, reels, and live content

  • Highlight promotions, dealership events, customer deliveries, and special offers

  • Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with management to align content with sales goals and marketing campaigns

  • Track engagement and lead generation from social media efforts

Sales Responsibilities
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process, from initial contact to final delivery

  • Generate and follow up on leads from social media, phone, internet, and walk-ins

  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations

  • Negotiate pricing and payment options to close sales effectively

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communication

  • Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals

Qualifications
