Job description

Responsibilities
The Global Programs Lead will own the end-to-end development and execution of our global CSR narratives, campaigns, and signature programs. You will streamline our operating model, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive efficiency across all global impact initiatives. This role reports to the Global Head of CSR. Responsibilities - Develop and execute global impact narratives, storytelling strategies, and campaign roadmaps that align with our mission and four core pillars - Manage end-to-end program management of signature global programs and campaigns, including cross-functional stakeholder alignment, budget management, timeline tracking, and impact measurement - Streamline global program operations, establish standardized processes for campaign development, approval, and regional rollout to improve team efficiency - Own internal and external communications for global impact programs, collaborating with global comms and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets - Lead quarterly program reviews, report on impact outcomes to leadership, and iterate on strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback - Manage the global program budget, track spending, and ensure optimal resource allocation across initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Experience in program management, campaign development, CSR, or global marketing roles - Proven track record of launching and scaling global campaigns or programs across multiple markets - Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex budgets - Strong storytelling and narrative development skills, with experience creating content for both internal and external audiences - Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact and reporting on KPIs to senior stakeholders Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience working at a global technology company, non-profit, or global marketing agency - Experience in social impact, sustainability, or corporate communications roles - Familiarity with the social media or creator ecosystem - Experience building process improvements or operational efficiency initiatives in fast-growing organizations - Experience working with global teams across multiple timezones

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102400 - $216000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
