Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-$65/Hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing the company's defenses against cyber threats through education and behavior change. You will be responsible for planning and executing social engineering tests, providing immediate coaching to employees, and developing engaging awareness programs. The position offers the chance to influence security culture and advise leadership with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve enterprise-wide social engineering tests.
  • Deliver interactive training and provide immediate employee coaching.
  • Develop realistic vishing scenarios and coordinate their execution.
  • Track and report program effectiveness using data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a stronger security culture.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing phishing and vishing simulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for program performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and training delivery abilities.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the utility and energy industry is preferred, with knowledge of its trends and customer challenges being beneficial.
