Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a part-time position, and applicants must be available on weekends.
We are currently hiring for the Fall season at the following location:
  • Redmond High School (Sundays): 9/13-10/25

Responsibilities
  • Field set up and breakdown for flag football and soccer games
  • Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
  • Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
  • Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written). Responsiveness is critical.
  • Sports officiating, playing or coaching experience is a must.
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
  • Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Commit to working for the full duration of the 7-week season.
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
  • Must be CPR certified (paid training provided)

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
