Join Super Soccer Stars as a Soccer Coach or Soccer Coach Assistant!

Super Soccer Stars is the premier youth soccer program dedicated to inspiring children through the love of soccer and promoting their physical and social development. We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic Soccer Coaches and Assistants to help us deliver fun, engaging, and educational soccer sessions to children of various ages.

Role Overview:

As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and fun learning environment, coaching soccer fundamentals, and encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship among your players. Soccer Coach Assistants will support lead coaches during sessions, helping manage the group and ensuring every child is engaged and safe.

Both roles provide an excellent opportunity to gain coaching experience, work with children, and make a positive impact in the community. Whether you are an experienced coach or looking to assist and learn, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience working with children aged 2-12 preferred.
  • Strong passion for soccer and working with youth.
  • Positive, patient, and energetic attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction (especially for Assistants).
  • Comfortable leading or assisting in outdoor physical activities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation to various coaching locations.
  • Coaches should be willing to attend training sessions and follow the Super Soccer Stars coaching curriculum.
  • Assistants should be supportive and ready to engage and encourage children under the guidance of the lead coach.
