Job description

Hyde Park Schools seeks to hire an Assistant Soccer Coach responsible for supporting the daily operations of the school's Soccer Program. This role serves under the leadership of the Head Soccer Coach while collaborating with other members of the school's administrative team. The Assistant Coach will assist in implementing program goals, supporting practice organization, developing athletes, and reinforcing program standards. They will model and uphold the school's core values in all aspects of the program while helping steward resources responsibly and promoting a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and respect.
The primary purpose of our athletics program is to advance a Biblical worldview, cultivate a Christ-centered culture and community, and pursue excellence in all aspects of competition and character. The Assistant Coach will intentionally integrate these core values into daily practices, competition, communication, and player development, helping shape young men who compete with integrity, serve others, and reflect Christ in every setting.
