General Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Web Strategist to serve as the single point of contact and strategic leader for Qualcomm's Snapdragon brand web presence. Spanning Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive, the Snapdragon portfolio represents one of the most diverse and influential technology platforms in the world, and this role is critical in shaping the content strategy, driving user engagement, and optimizing the web experience across all those product areas for Qualcomm's customers and stakeholders.
The Web Strategist for Snapdragon will be responsible for all web strategy and content across the full Snapdragon brand ecosystem, ensuring that Qualcomm's web presence remains relevant, engaging, and tightly aligned with business objectives across Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive segments. This strategic role requires close collaboration with product marketing, integrated marketing, the web UX team, and the web publishing team to deliver exceptional, cohesive web experiences that drive measurable business results across every Snapdragon-powered product category.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management
  • Own and execute a comprehensive web content strategy spanning the full Snapdragon portfolio, including Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive

  • Ensure all web content remains current, relevant, and aligned with business goals and customer needs across each Snapdragon segment

  • Collaborate with the web publishing team to maintain content quality and consistency across all web touchpoints

  • Develop and maintain content governance standards and best practices that scale across multiple product categories and audiences

Product Launch Leadership
  • Partner with product marketing and product management teams to plan and execute web strategies for new Snapdragon product launches across all segments

  • Create compelling web narratives that effectively communicate each product's value proposition to its relevant audience, whether developers, OEMs, consumers, or enterprise buyers

  • Ensure seamless integration of new product content into the existing Snapdragon web ecosystem

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launch content on time and on strategy

Campaign & Landing Page Excellence
  • Lead the development and optimization of campaign landing pages in partnership with integrated marketers, product marketers, and the UX team across all Snapdragon product lines

  • Drive conversion optimization through strategic content placement, messaging, and design collaboration

  • Ensure campaign landing pages align with Snapdragon brand standards while meeting specific campaign objectives

  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaign pages from conception through performance analysis

Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Utilize web analytics to measure and report on content performance across the Snapdragon web presence

  • Identify high-performing content patterns and replicate success across Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive web experiences

  • Work with our Insights team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each segment and regularly report on progress toward goals

  • Use data-driven insights to inform content strategy and prioritize tactical decisions

A/B Testing & Experimentation
  • Design A/B testing programs to optimize page performance across the Snapdragon portfolio and work with UX and A/B testing teams to launch

  • Analyze test results and make data-backed recommendations for improvements

  • Develop testing roadmaps that prioritize high-impact optimization opportunities across all Snapdragon segments

  • Champion a culture of continuous testing and learning within the web team

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all web-related initiatives across Snapdragon business units, including Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with product marketing, campaign teams, UX designers, and web publishers across multiple lines of business

  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand web experiences

  • Advocate for user needs while balancing the business objectives of each Snapdragon segment

Strategic Planning
  • Develop and maintain a unified strategic roadmap for the Snapdragon web presence that addresses the unique needs of each product category

  • Stay informed about industry trends across mobile, PC/compute, wearables, and automotive technology, as well as competitor activities and emerging web best practices

  • Recommend innovative approaches to enhance the web experience and differentiate Qualcomm's Snapdragon brand

  • Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to stakeholders and leadership

What You'll Accomplish:
In Your First 90 Days
  • Audit the current Snapdragon web presence across Mobile, Compute, Wearables, and Automotive segments

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders across each Snapdragon product marketing, campaigns, and UX team

  • Launch your first A/B test and begin building a cross-portfolio testing roadmap

  • Present initial analytics findings and strategic recommendations to leadership

In Your First Year
  • Meaningfully improve key performance metrics across the Snapdragon web presence

  • Successfully lead multiple product launch web campaigns across at least two Snapdragon segments

  • Establish a robust, scalable testing and optimization program

  • Position yourself as the go-to expert for Snapdragon web strategy across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in web strategy, digital content, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience managing web content or digital campaigns across multiple product lines or audiences

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Adobe Workfront

  • Experience with enterprise Web Content Management platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Analytics)

  • Experience with translated and regionalized digital content across multiple markets

  • Background working with technology, semiconductors, or consumer electronics brands

  • High level of attention to detail when completing work independently across multiple concurrent workstreams

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$41.92 - $62.88
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
