General Summary:
Qualcomm is building an Integrated Marketing function to orchestrate brand and demand efforts across its most visible product portfolios. The Director, Integrated Marketing - Snapdragon carries a dual mandate: leading and developing the IM team, while personally owning the integrated marketing strategy for the Snapdragon business unit, spanning Compute, Mobile, Automotive, and Commercial platforms.
This is a working leadership role. You will set the operating model, manage the relationship between Integrated Marketing and Product Marketing, and ensure the team's output scales through a tiered activation framework (Full, Advisory, and Self-Serve). You will also be the lead practitioner on Snapdragon, the company's highest-visibility and most complex portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Key Requirements:
Organizational Leadership
  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of integrated marketers across BU pillars

  • Define and manage the IM operating model, including capacity allocation and tiering logic

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to prioritize work, manage demand, and resolve conflicts

  • Build the infrastructure that allows IM to scale: briefs, playbooks, office hours, shared tools

  • Provide ownership of portfolio planning and budget alignment for the pillar

Snapdragon BU Integrated Marketing Lead
  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and execution plan for the Snapdragon portfolio

  • Partner with Snapdragon PMMs to triage launch requests, assign activation tiers, and set integrated briefs

  • Lead full-funnel campaign architecture for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Snapdragon launches, from platform strategy through channel activation

  • Manage the Snapdragon always-on program, seasonal campaign calendar, and spot/reactive activation model

  • Represent Snapdragon IM at flagship industry events (MWC, CES, Computex) and own Qualcomm-led event strategy for the portfolio

  • Manage brand sponsorship relationships and co-marketing partnerships relevant to the Snapdragon ecosystem

Performance & Measurement
  • Define success metrics for all IM-led programs, from impressions through pipeline contribution

  • Provide quarterly performance reviews to VP and senior stakeholders

  • Identify signal from performance data and apply it to future campaign and capacity planning

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of integrated or brand marketing experience, including 4+ years in a people leadership role

  • Demonstrated experience owning full-funnel marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels

  • Strong fluency in campaign architecture - from brand strategy through channel activation and measurement

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and finite team resources at scale

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment alongside product marketing or product management teams

  • Experience in marketing semiconductor, platform, or technology brands (B2B2C or B2B)

  • Demonstrates strong AI fluency, with the ability to apply generative AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scale

  • Track record of building IM or campaign functions from an early stage

  • Experience managing brand sponsorships, co-marketing partnerships, or ecosystem programs

  • History of presenting marketing strategy and performance to VP and C-level stakeholders

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$187,000.00 - $280,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
