Job description

Job Summary:
Qualcomm is building an Integrated Marketing function to orchestrate brand and demand efforts across its most visible product portfolios. The Manager, Integrated Marketing – Snapdragon will own integrated marketing strategy and execution for a portion of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon business units, working closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing on large-scale decisions and cross-team priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Own the integrated marketing strategy and execution plan areas within the Snapdragon portfolio
• Partner with BU PMMs to triage launch requests, assign activation tiers, and develop integrated briefs
• Lead full-funnel campaign architecture for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches, from platform strategy through channel activation
• Manage always-on programs, seasonal campaign calendars, and spot/reactive activation across both pillars
• Represent each BU at relevant industry events and support Qualcomm-owned event strategy for the portfolios
• Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing on large decisions, resource prioritization, and escalations
• Maintain a strong working relationship with PMMs across both pillars, applying the IM/PMM operating model consistently
• Collaborate with channel, creative, and brand teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently
• Represent Snapdragon at flagship industry events and own Qualcomm-led event strategy for the portfolio
• Define success metrics for all IM-led programs, from awareness through pipeline contribution
• Provide regular performance updates to the Director and PMM stakeholders
• Apply performance data to improve future campaign planning and capacity decisions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
• OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
• OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
• Own the integrated marketing strategy and execution plan areas within the Snapdragon portfolio.
• Partner with BU PMMs to triage launch requests, assign activation tiers, and develop integrated briefs.
• Lead full-funnel campaign architecture for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches, from platform strategy through channel activation.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining alignment with a senior leader on key decisions.
• Experience in marketing semiconductor, platform, or technology brands (B2B2C or B2B).
• Demonstrates strong AI fluency, with the ability to apply generative AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scale.
• Familiarity with tiered launch or campaign frameworks and IM operating models.
• Interest in and readiness for a future people management role.
