We are a leading manufacturer in electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies, celebrating over 75 years of outstanding engineering and design. We have an immediate job opening for a SMT LINE TECHNICIAN at our Clarkesville, GA location. We offer a complete benefits package. Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

o Set up, program, and monitor SMT equipment.

o Perform daily production support.

o Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

o Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks.

o Maintain feeders and other tools used in the process.

o Oversee the daily operations of SMT production lines.

o Supervise and manage SMT technicians and operators.

o Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate activities to achieve targets.

o Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

o Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

o Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.

o Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.

o High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.

o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
