The SMT Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Operators work individually, typically on night or second shifts, handling various SMT machines including standard, mixed models, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines.
