Help Families Protect What Matters Most
Some sales roles are about volume.
This one is about impact.
At Kristine Romano Law, every conversation you have represents a family making one of the most important decisions of their lives, protecting their legacy, caring for aging loved ones, and creating clarity for the future.
We are not a high-pressure sales environment.
We are a trust-driven, relationship-first firm where clients come to us during meaningful life moments, and your role is to guide them with confidence, empathy, and clarity.
If you are someone who can build trust quickly, communicate value clearly, and confidently guide people to a decision that serves them, this is a rare and meaningful opportunity.
Why This Role Is Different
At Kristine Romano Law, we combine deep legal expertise with a human-centered client experience. For nearly 20 years, we've helped families navigate estate planning, elder law, and long-term care decisions with compassion and clarity.
This role is not about "selling legal services."
It's about helping people say yes to protecting their future.
Why Join Kristine Romano Law
  • Purpose-driven work that truly changes families' futures
  • A boutique firm environment where clients are never "just a number."
  • A team culture grounded in compassion, clarity, and professionalism
  • The opportunity to grow into a sales leadership or operations role
  • Work that aligns with meaning, not just metrics

Benefits include:
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance

  • Long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid time off
If You're Ready for Something More

  • And your success is tied to helping others make life-changing decisions

This is your opportunity.

$41

Who You Are

• Know how to balance empathy with confidence
• Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally, even in emotional conversations
• Are highly organized and consistent with follow-up
• Take ownership of your pipeline and results
• Thrive in an environment where the quality of conversation matters more than quantity
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, or estate planning
• CRM experience (Clio, Smokeball, or similar)
• A background in intake or client experience roles in a law firm
