Job description

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a Federally Recognized Tribal Entity and fast-growing IT services firm supporting critical government missions. We're not just filling roles-we're building teams that make an impact.

We're looking for a driven, people-savvy Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the thrill of the chase, and knows how to close. If you've got a background in sales, recruiting, or relationship-building, this is your chance to turn that hustle into a career with real impact.

Requirements

What You'll Do

This isn't just posting jobs and waiting. You'll be the engine behind how we find and land top talent.

  • Hunt for talent using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards-you name it)
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand what "great" looks like
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from first outreach to offer negotiation and close
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews that keep candidates engaged and excited
  • Develop smart recruiting strategies based on market trends and business needs
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right people (not just more people)
  • Partner with business development by providing talent insights for proposals
  • Keep everything organized and flowing in our ATS (Workable)
  • Confidently communicate compensation, benefits, and opportunities to candidates
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and hiring standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

You don't have to come from a traditional recruiting background-mindset is key.

  • 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or a high-volume, relationship-driven role
  • You're competitive, motivated, and love hitting (and beating) goals
  • Strong communicator-you know how to connect, influence, and close
  • Organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Curious and resourceful-you don't give up when a search gets tough
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if you bring the experience

The Bottom Line

If you're someone who:

  • Loves the energy of sales
  • Enjoys connecting with people
  • Wants to make a real impact

...this is your role.

Benefits

Benefits Include:

  • Covers 100% of employee benefit premiums, including Medical (PPO or HDHP Option), Vision, Dental
  • Matching 401K
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability
  • Pet Insurance
  • Professional Development/Education Reimbursement
  • Parking and Transit Benefits for NY, NJ, ATL, and DC Metro areas
