HERE'S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a temporary onsite assignment. This role involves organizing, reviewing, and processing physical file records in a warehouse environment.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with paper documents, lifting file boxes, and making decisions about which records should be retained for digital upload or securely shredded.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Lift, move, and organize boxes of file records.
  • Sort and review physical documents for accuracy and relevance.
  • Read and evaluate files to determine whether they should be scanned/uploaded or securely shredded according to established guidelines.
  • Enter and verify data accurately into computer systems.
  • Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain organized file storage and document tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform other administrative or warehouse support duties as assigned.

WHAT'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous data entry, clerical, records management, or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to lift and carry file boxes (up to approximately 30-40 lbs.) and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
