Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will support Demand Side Management (DSM) within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support. Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Support Residential Saver Switch program activities. Support AC Rewards (smart thermostat program) processing and administration.

Provide limited support for Commercial Saver Switch activities. Assist with EV rebates, energy efficiency rebate programs, pilot initiatives, and Windsource enrollments during lower-volume periods. Process high-volume rebate transactions and program-related requests.

Perform operational program administration tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Requirements of the Project Coordinator: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support. Experience in high-volume, shared-queue environments or operational/program processing.

Strong analytical and data validation skills. Experience working in a large corporate or cross-functional environment. Utility or rebate program experience preferred.

Familiarity with PDF handling, scanning, and document management/conversion. Salesforce experience is a plus.
