Mother & Son Lawn Care LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help keep properties looking their best across the local community. Responsibilities:
  • Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing for residential and/or commercial properties
  • Assist with landscape maintenance including mulching, weeding, and bed cleanup
  • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Load and unload equipment and materials safely from crew vehicles and trailers
  • Follow crew leader instructions to complete daily job schedules efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
  • Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal and general property cleanup
  • Assist with projects including junk removals, pet waste removal, garden bed installations, holiday lighting display installations and take downs, small demolition, amongst other projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Reliability: Must have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and load equipment, and perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday.
  • Environmental Resilience: Ability to work outdoors comfortably in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
  • Professionalism: Must be dependable, respectful, coachable, and team-oriented.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work efficiently within a 2-person crew, follow directions, and maintain high-quality work standards.
