FULL-TIME SELECTIVE DEMOLITION LABORER

ABOUT US:

A1 Contracting is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Selective Demolition Laborer. The ideal candidate will be versatile, hardworking, and detail-oriented, capable of performing demolition-related tasks to support our commercial construction and renovation projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform selective demolition tasks in commercial construction environments.

  • Dismantle structures, fixtures, and interior finishes safely and efficiently.

  • Operate hand and power tools in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Sort and dispose of debris and recyclable materials according to company policies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Assist with job site preparation and layout.

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in selective demolition or commercial construction preferred.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools and their safe operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment.
