You do NOT need years of food & beverage experience to succeed here.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll lead a small café team inside the attraction while helping create a fun, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Your day may include:

  • Coaching and motivating team members
  • Jumping in during busy rushes
  • Supporting food & beverage operations
  • Helping manage inventory and supplies
  • Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Delivering great guest experiences
  • Supporting daily operations as Manager on Duty
  • Celebrating team wins and building morale

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a “sit in the office” position.

What We’re Looking For

We’re most interested in candidates with:
Leadership or shift lead experience
Strong communication skills
Hospitality, retail, attractions, restaurant, or entertainment experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Weekend and holiday availability
