Who We Are
We are locally owned, we love our community, we love our team, and we love our park.
At Adventure Park, the café is more than a place to grab food. It is part of the guest experience. Great food, friendly service, accuracy, and a clean environment all contribute to the memories families create while visiting our park.
As a Café Guest Experience Team Member, you help make sure every guest feels welcomed, receives accurate service, and enjoys a clean and positive café experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Café Guest Experience Team Member is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service while assisting guests with food and beverage purchases.
This position requires strong attention to detail, positive communication, accuracy with POS transactions, and a commitment to keeping the café clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
You are often one of the final interactions a guest has during their visit, so your attitude and attention to detail matter.

  • Provide a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.
  • Visit with guests about new menu items, promotions, and upcoming Adventure Park activities.

  • Select the correct menu items and modifiers.
  • Review orders for accuracy before completing the transaction.
  • Ensure guests receive the items they ordered.
  • Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding order changes or cancellations.
  • Follow all established POS and cash-handling procedures.

Payments & Security

  • Restock café products and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Restock the walk-in from designated overstock when needed.
  • Keep inventory organized and ready for service.
  • Communicate low-stock or missing items to the appropriate manager.

Cleanliness
Café cleanliness is a TOP priority.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front counter and back-of-counter area.
  • Keep the café area clean and organized throughout the entire shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Coke machine and surrounding area.
  • Complete the daily Café Cleaning Checklist every shift.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Clean continuously rather than waiting until the end of the shift.
  • Ensure the café is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next team.

THE ADVENTURE PARK CAFÉ MINDSET
At Adventure Park, food is part of the experience.
A guest may remember the attraction they rode-but they may also remember the person who greeted them, helped them choose something from the menu, or made sure their order was right.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Welcomes - Every guest deserves a smile.
  • Listens - Understand what the guest needs.
  • Gets It Right - Accuracy matters.
  • Communicates - Keep guests, kitchen, and management informed.
  • Keeps It Clean - A clean café creates confidence.
  • Stays Ready - Keep the café stocked and prepared.
  • Creates an Experience - Food service should still feel like Adventure Park.

  • Must be willing to work during peak seasons, holidays, and high-volume periods.
  • Flexible scheduling based on park and café needs.
