TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer - Business Account Manager

In this role, your mornings may include reviewing your pipeline, following up with local business owners, responding to referrals, and planning outreach to new prospects. You enjoy building relationships through networking, prospecting, and creating long-term partnerships.

Throughout the day, you engage in meaningful conversations with small business customers. You ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and uncover what matters most. Using your knowledge of wireless solutions, you tailor recommendations that help businesses operate efficiently and grow. Every interaction is personal and value driven.

Between customer meetings, you collaborate with your team—sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and supporting one another’s growth. You are motivated by goals and results, understanding that your effort directly impacts your success.

Beyond sales, you’re connected to something bigger. Through the TCC Gives program, you can volunteer, support local initiatives, and give back through community events.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Average salary: $92,000 per year
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of relevant sales experience (wireless business sales preferred)
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule
• Ability to travel and work in the field regularly
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 10 pounds
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
