The Lead Budtender role is an imperative and important role for the company and all hands involved. We expect every person employed with Everbloom to be culture positive, self motivated, and have determination for the overall success of the Company.

Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expected to open/close and flexible schedule
  • Be on time for shifts and breaks
  • Cleaning, Organizing, Visual merchandising, Stocking, Product Handling, Rolling Joints
  • Checking for Quality Control
  • Customer Service/Team Service 100% Positive
  • Assisting with Audits
  • Being aware of Goals and Meeting them
  • Training/Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Team Player Mentality/ Team Leader: Motivates and leads team to complete tasks
  • Communication Skills/Continued Education ( Product Knowledge and MED Rules and Regulations)
  • Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed
  • Report training and Coaching needs to ASM and SM
  • Managing Medical Marijuana Patients & Sign overs
  • Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Accurately perform Daily Inventory Management, Tracking active product and back-stock, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained and ordering products to replenish stock
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer focused oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures
  • Support the SM and ASM by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and respond to customer's needs in a timely fashion
  • Accountable for accurately monitoring and reporting sales, transfers, etc to METRC
  • Implement and oversee compliance regulations set for the Colorado MED
  • Assist State and Local Government auditors, Inspectors and Law Enforcement with Inventory, sales and Compliance audits
  • Other duties as assigned by the SM and ASM
  • Communication to Management, use of email and Drive to update and record proper information needed. This should be check every shift
  • Directly supervise Budtenders and Lead Budtender's when MOD

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment: Phone, Email
  • Computer Skills
  • Must already possess or be able to qualify to receive a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge
  • 1 to 3 Years Customer Service experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Point of Sale experience a must
  • Prior MMJ experience

Job Type:

  • Full-time Only - Pay: $19.30
