Job Overview 
 
Join Green SM USA as a Rideshare Driver and drive a company-provided Vinfast electric vehicle. As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive $20.25/hour base pay, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives based on eligible driving activity and applicable performance requirements. No personal vehicle is required.

What You'll Do 
 
Safely and professionally transport passengers 
Provide courteous, professional customer service 
Use the Green SM Driver app to accept and complete trips 
Operate and care for the company-provided vehicle 
Follow California traffic laws and company safety policies 
Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly 
 
Requirements 
 
Minimum age requirement of 23 
Valid California driver’s license 
Driving record that meets company requirements 
Reliable, punctual, and professional 
Strong communication and customer service skills 
Commitment to safe driving 
Ability to meet applicable employment and legal requirements 
Previous taxi, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving experience is a plus
