Position Title: Slot Technician
Position Summary: The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.
We encourage our team members to have more fun when they work at Wild Rose. As we say working here shouldn't be this much fun!
Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
  • Preform preventative maintenance, identify/trouble shoot problems with EDG's and their components
  • Repair and test machines, move machines, convert games and assist with accounting variance checks
  • Circulates around the Casino Floor observing players and functionality of machines
  • Assists or verifies in making jackpot payoffs
  • Must handle currency as needed or exchange currency at customers request
  • Other duties as assigned
