Job description

Position Summary: Under general direction from the Director of Slot Operations, assists and trains all Slot Technicians in promoting a positive customer experience by repairing and monitoring the performance of the slot machines to ensure the games are operational. Assist patrons and associates in resolving immediate problems such as slot machine tilts, jackpots, player tracking on-line problems, and replaces parts in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established policies, procedures, regulations and ordinances.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field plus three (3) years' experience in slot machine repair or related field. Valid driver's license. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
