Sleep Data specialists are professionals who collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sleep patterns and disorders. They often work in sleep laboratories or medical facilities, using technologies like polysomnography to monitor patient sleep cycles, breathing, and other physiological functions. Their work helps doctors diagnose conditions such as sleep apnea, insomnia, and narcolepsy, and informs appropriate treatment plans. Sleep Data specialists may also contribute to research studies to improve sleep health and develop new treatments.

To excel as a Sleep Data Analyst, you need a solid background in data analysis, statistics, and knowledge of sleep science, often supported by a degree in life sciences or a related field.
