Responsibilities

  • Leadsthe design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutionto ensure it meets the organization's needs.

  • Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommends/designssolutions.

  • Developscustomizations and extensions to enhance CRM functionality.

  • Designsand implementsintegration solutions to connect Microsoft DynamicsCRMwith other business applications.

  • Ensuresdata flows between systemsarereliable, secure, and efficient.

  • Workswith stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely deliveryof project deliverables.

  • Providestechnical leadership, guidance, and mentorshipto the CRMadministrator.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a CRMDeveloperor similar role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Othercombinations of education and experience may be considered.

  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

  • Proven experience in planning and leadingMicrosoft Dynamics CRMimplementations, upgrades,enhancementsand integrations.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM,Power Apps, Power Automate,andPower BI.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Advancedtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
