Responsibilities
  • Own, monitor, and assist with Service Now slack escalation queues
  • Provide trusted support and escalation for technical issues
  • Collaborate with users to ensure consistent performance
  • Support and maintain client Slack and Collaboration work spaces
  • Support and maintain our Slack Enterprise Environment and custom slack applications, while enforcing client best practices and standards.
  • Think creatively and outside the box
  • Document knowledge base articles for service desk and end users
  • Identify and communicate gaps between current and desired end states
  • Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement
  • Schedule and lead ad-hoc demos and trainings for Slack, Custom Slack Apps and Workflow, and other digital workplace tools
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of in-depth, hands‑on experience with SaaS and Slack, and the ability to support 3rd party add-ons (M365, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart and Lucid Spark, etc.)
  • Slack Admin or Slack Developer Certifications are preferred
  • Process‑oriented mindset and experience enabling enterprise‑level processes using Digital workplace tools (specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, Slack Forms, and Slack APPs and APIs)
  • Experience configuring and supporting integration using development tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java Script, and Postman)
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL and Agile Frameworks
  • Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
  • Previous experience in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple clients and deliverables through effective time‑management and planning
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
