Join Our Team as an Exterior Craftsman Installer at Skyline Construction!

Are you passionate about working with your hands and ready to grow your skills in construction and exterior remodeling? At Skyline Construction, we’re looking for an Exterior Craftsman Installer to join our production team. If you have 1–3 years of experience in construction or exterior remodeling and are eager to develop into a skilled craftsman, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As an Exterior Craftsman Installer, you’ll assist a Lead Installer with a variety of exterior projects while learning Skyline’s standards and installation methods. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and is excited to grow their expertise in exterior remodeling.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality exterior projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Lead Installer with daily projects.
  • Installing and repairing siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, roofing components, and other exterior products.
  • Completing exterior repairs and remodeling projects.
  • Measuring, cutting, and installing materials with precision.
  • Safely using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Helping with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling.
  • Following Skyline's safety and quality standards.
  • Learning new installation techniques and continuously developing your craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and dependable individual with the following qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of construction or exterior remodeling experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  • Ability to lift and move construction materials and ladders.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from a Lead Installer.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a crew.
  • Experience with roofing, siding, gutters, soffit/fascia, windows, or doors is a plus.
