Part-Time Server | Morning & Evening Shifts | High Tip Potential

Looking for a serving job where busy shifts can mean bigger tips? Join the Iron Skillet Restaurant inside Kenly 95 Petro and become part of a high-volume team serving travelers, professional drivers, and local guests.
You'll provide friendly, attentive table service while taking orders, recommending menu items, maintaining your section, and creating a great dining experience. Previous serving experience is required, and high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.

Requirements:
As an Iron Skillet Server, you'll help guests have a great dining experience while maximizing your earning potential during busy meal periods.
  • Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and guide them through the dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests professionally.
  • Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, and other menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service section.
  • Complete side work efficiently and support the front-of-house team during busy periods.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, kitchen staff, and management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're looking for experienced, energetic servers who can stay organized, friendly, and focused during busy meal periods.
  • Server Experience: At least 1 year of experience serving in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent hospitality.
  • Sales Skills: Comfortable recommending menu items and increasing guest check averages.
  • Team Player: Able to work smoothly with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and able to work assigned shifts.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, carrying trays, and staying active throughout the shift.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • Food Handler Certification: Must have a valid food handler certificate or be willing to obtain one.
