JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Arena Supervisor, assists with ice resurfacing and working in the arena pro shop which includes skate sharpening, skate rentals and retail sales.
Examples of Duties
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sets up and preps Pro Shop.
Maintains ice rink through proper operation of the Zamboni.
Follows proper procedures for cash transactions of goods & services.
Provides good customer service
Clean and stock Pro Shop at end of shift
Assigns Locker Rooms
Keeps Groups on Schedule
Cleans facility throughout shift
Assist in snow removal
Keeps equipment logs up to date
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Education and Experience:
Background in arena operation and customer service helpful but not required
