- Develop and implement corrective actions to address immediate issues and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable solutions are applied, documented, and monitored for effectiveness.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and PDCA cycles.
- Identify inefficiencies or risks in processes and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Develop systems and workflows to improve organizational performance and reduce variability in outcomes.
Policy and Compliance Management
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DoW standards, contractual obligations, and federal regulations.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality guidelines.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Define, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of quality management programs.
- Create reports and dashboards that communicate findings, trends, and improvements to organizational leadership and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to verify sustained quality improvements.
Leadership and Training
- Lead cross-functional efforts to implement quality-related initiatives and best practices throughout the organization.
- Organize and deliver training sessions focused on documentation control, quality processes, root-cause analysis, and audit readiness.
- Act as a resource and mentor to teams in matters related to quality assurance and compliance.
