We are expanding rapidly across Central and Northern California and are looking for elite field sales professionalswho want a real opportunity to earn at the top of the market.
This is not a customer service role.
This is not inside sales.
This is a field-based, inspection-driven, high-ticket sales position for driven professionals who want independence, strong commissions, and serious income upside.
If you come from solar, wireless, alarms, B2B, or high-pressure commission sales and know how to close, you will fit in well here.
What Youll Be Selling
Youll be conducting on-site inspections and selling high-value home services, including:
  • Roof and property inspections
  • Home service solutions (HVAC-related inspections, roofing-adjacent services, preventative solutions)
  • Residential and light commercial opportunities
This role requires being on roofs, using ladders, and performing physical inspections.
Fear of heights is a non-starter.
