Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Admin to support our delivery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing customer devices for shipment and delivery, ensuring every order is accurately packed, labeled, documented, and ready for transport.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Additional hours may be available during peak project periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare devices for shipment and delivery.
  • Verify devices against work orders and customer documentation.
  • Clean and inspect devices before packaging.
  • Package laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices securely to prevent shipping damage.
  • Print and apply shipping labels, asset tags, and customer documentation.
  • Organize completed orders by delivery route or shipping method.
  • Assist with staging deliveries for drivers and shipping carriers.
  • Maintain inventory of packaging materials and notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all required accessories and documentation are included.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory as needed.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Support other warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may expand based on operational requirements, business needs, and company growth.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or production experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and shipping software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling or packaging electronic devices.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Experience using shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, or similar courier software.
