Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Forklift Driver for our client. This position is responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse or production area. Duties include performing daily forklift inspections, transporting products to designated areas, organizing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Responsible for duties involved with production, line assembly and pack out of consumer-packaged goods on retail displays.
  • Worker must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, work collaboratively with line team members, and be able to lift to 30 pounds.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • The position requires adherence to scheduled break times to maintain continuity with goals and objectives.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
  • Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
