Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembly Team Lead for our client. This job is responsible for leading daily assembly operations while actively participating in production activities. This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to perform precision assembly using hand tools, operate a forklift for material movement, and support the team in meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will lead by example, promote a positive work environment, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently maintained.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Perform precision assembly using basic hand tools and equipment
  • Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products safely throughout the facility
  • Lead and support assembly team members during daily operations
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure production schedules and targets are met
  • Train new and existing employees on assembly procedures and safety practices
  • Monitor productivity and maintain accountability within the team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and concerns
