Job Summary

Were looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our production team. Support both our Below Ground Assembly operations and Quality control. This role plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory, consistent product quality, timely production, and efficient handling of special requests and secondary fittings.

This job is for you if you:

  • Are able to lift up to and including 50-70 pounds
  • Can stand on your feet at least 10 hours a day, working at a dedicated assembly station
  • Have an eye for detail and quality
  • Enjoy a team-focused work environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the responsibilities of the work area and the stations
  • Ensuring all safety procedures and policies in place are followed
  • Perform Below below-ground assembly task according to production schedules and quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
  • Apply decals, serial numbers, package finished product, production documentation
  • Using power tools, chop saws, hoist, and other shop tools to complete tasks
  • Final QC inspection of finished goods
  • Operating sit down and stand-up reach fork truck (training and certification provided by THC)
  • Conduct hands-on quality inspections of components and finished products to specifications
  • Other duties as outlined below

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Education - high school education preferred

* Manufacturing experience - 1 year required - 3 years preferred

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to operate power tools, and to handle tanks, fittings, stands, hoses, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
