Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Post job openings on multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks and background screening.
• Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and other HR-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
