Sioux Chief Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to join our Shipping team as a 2nd Shift Shipping Lead Supervisor. (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and understands that great leadership starts with showing up, supporting your team, and setting the example every day.

As our Shipping Lead Supervisor, you'll oversee shipping operations, coordinate workflow, develop team members, and help ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. Most importantly, you'll be a reliable resource for employees and a key contributor to the department's success.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support Shipping team members, team leaders, and trainers
  • Help ensure orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
  • Solve problems and remove obstacles that impact the team's success
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production demands
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment
  • Train, coach, and develop employees
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
