Job Description

As member of the Demand Fulfillment Team, you and your team are the backbone for ensuring the E2E Demand Fulfillment process in alignment with all relevant functions within and across BAs, reaching the agreed Service Level, WoC (Inventory) & Cost targets and by that actively contributing to the BA achieving its Sales & Ebit targets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You ensure for the SIOP-managers the efficient & effective SIOP-process operations by
    • the reliable, in time preparation & provision of all agreed data, KPI, reports
    • the reliable, in time execution of all transactions/function processing in the relevant systems
    • the active support/participation in SIOP & related meetings (e.g. for alignment, information exchange, escalation handling ... )
    • a clear & strong focus on meeting / exceeding customer requirements
  • You build and continuously develop the SIOP competence team, to be the "engine" of the BA's operational SIOP processes
    • You manage the tasks / workload of your team in a fair & balanced way, meeting the (previously agreed) SLA agreements with the SIOP managers
    • Develop a strong, cross-functional network within and across BAs based on its solid communication skills
    • Ensure alignment with GS SCM in terms of process & system standards and the active use of Smart SCM technologies (AI ... ).
  • You continuously & actively develop a harmonized BA SIOP process
    • Driving the alignment on standard processes, timing and the required systems/functions, tools, KPIs, reports
    • Establishing defined escalation processes to manage/resolve eventual resource bottlenecks & conflicts in a transparent way
    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

    • Bachelor's Degree in SCM, Economics/Business or related field
    • 7+ years of Supply Chain and/or Financial data analytics
    • Ability to lead and manage a team  
    • Experience in designing, implementing & operating processes & systems
    • Ability to manage projects in an international/global context
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Hands-on approach when working across the organization
