Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow. The role involves coordinating project delivery, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements while working closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Owns delivery coordination for their hub.
• Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing, scheduling and escalation.
• Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting.
• ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination
• Risk and issue management
• Agile delivery execution
• Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management
• ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools
• Stakeholder mgmt across TCS and ServiceNow
• Escalation handling and conflict resolution
• Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources.
Qualifications:
Required:
