Serves as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance with accessing clinical and non-clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.ResponsibilitiesThe Oncology Navigator is responsible for managing the care of identified patients with cancer, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, to ensure access to high quality care throughout the continuum.
