What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
  • Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
  • Document care and services in the electronic system
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
